Founder
Yossi founded Octopus Capital Group after years working in real estate and property management, where he saw firsthand how much rent goes uncollected. His background spans residential leasing, rent collection, and Section 8 and HUD programs, along with the legal and compliance side of collecting a debt the right way. He built Octopus to give landlords and businesses a recovery partner that is persistent, accurate, and follows the rules.
Head of Operations
Pnina runs Octopus Capital Group’s day-to-day operations, from onboarding new clients to managing accounts and the team’s daily work. She makes sure every account is handled carefully, every contact is documented, and clients always know where things stand.
